The web site was built in accordance to the highest standards of ergonomics and community interaction. The construction process was preceded by a detailed survey of the website users' needs, thanks to which we were able to introduce new features of the site, which would include themselves into the Public Relations and marketing strategies of Carrefour, aim to attract new clients and create a community around the web site.
The new web site allows the clients to peruse a detailed offer of Carrefour super- and hypermarkets, create a shopping list, or pinpoint the exact location of these markets through the use of GoogleMaps technology.
The site is open for rich interaction with its user. The clients can use numerous contact forms, which allow them to submit cooperation offers, comments, and send their CVs.
The Carrefour web site is integrated with a comprehensive CV-online site, which was realized by Carrefour last year. Its pages contain an expansive corporate section, which provides current information regarding Carrefour Polska.
Not only is Carrefour open to suggestions and comments of its clients, which are sent in via on-line forms, but further invites its guests to interact. Clients are welcome to visit a culinary recipe web site, where they can add their own recipes, and take part in culinary contests
